Welcome to Heathrow Terminal 3. Waiting for a phone call from the travel agent as there is a muddle about my ticket. This is what happens when you think you’ve paid a bit extra. Apparently it was changed by the airline yesterday. Travel agent still chasing
Ps. Never got my seat back but did get to travel in ordinary economy.

Fingers crossed We had a nightmare at Terminal 3 in February with Virgin who had messed up the ticket. All got sorted in the end though!
