This is in Buck Meadow CA, population 50.
The Retirement Travels 
Looks a lot like the truckstops that I encountered in the midWest when we were touring schools’ shows from college. There would be a big truckers side, where they got served first, and a smaller side for the rest of the travelling public, but I don’t remember anything as plush as baby blue booths.
