The fires are still going on all over the place. Apparently today was more like smoking 40 cigarettes if you were outside all day. This means that I am not inclined to go and lie on the beach all day.
Went for my stretching session. Feel much better now – she said that my body movement was excellent, I was just a bit stiff. Going again on Monday.
Have been out to dinner this evening with Rachael and a couple of her ex- colleagues.

All that sitting in buses and planes, I’m not surprised you’re a bit stiff, so your stretching lady sounds like a very good thing. We get occasional news items about the ongoing fires, which look frankly terrifying. Oz could benefit from some of the New Zealand weather
