Happy New Year

To all my readers.

Today I am back in Terrigal. I went back to the stretch lab at the same time as some large ‘worlds strongest man’ candidate.

Then we went to the beach. It was very hot and quite smoky.

We went for a walk and saw a spider.

After lunch Dave went off to work followed by me and Rachael. We are now watching his team (he is the physio), the Central Coast Mariners, lose to Perth. Dave is the one in the pink. My dad would be so proud of me – sitting through a whole match – however boring 😃
