Today- after discovering one semi dead and one very much alive cockroach in my apartment – I went off to Rachael and Dave’s house to meet the three children they have had since my last visit.
Not much else – I have held the baby, helped with painting, looked for Elsa’s dress in an overcrowded toy box, refereed (unsuccessfully) a couple of disagreements and generally hung out.

They look delightful – and a handful or two. Lucky you’ve had the training.
Sorry I’ve been absent for a couple of days…stuff…not disastrous, just all consuming…but as of Tuesday I’ve left the Community Council so that takes half a dozen projects off my plate…hurrah…now there’s just the Flower Show tomorrow and a dress rehearsal for the Rural Regional Show on Tuesday…I know it’s not glamorous like your travels and I really liked the little AirBnB…but I’m starting to unwind without the stress of the responsibility…yippee! Have a wonderful time in new surroundings and smells and food and friends…lots of love, B.
